What it is: a helmet that massages your scalp using USB power.

Average Cost: $52-$99
Another innovative idea from the Japanese gadget startup Thanko is a helmet head massager. Because the word "buruburu" means "vibrate," the Buru-Buru Helmet Head Massager gets your scalp massaged as you wear it. It charges with regular household batteries via a USB connector and shakes your head gently.

The Buru-Buru is said to work best in an office environment. It hasn't produced any comparable products yet, unlike its big competitors. In fact, the USB charger was added especially for those who wished to charge the head massager in their helmet while at work.
