6. Brooch Cullinan III & IV

Donn by: Elizabeth II, the Queen
Since 1907, the owner
Value Estimate: $1.5 million
With an estimated worth of more than $1.5 million, the Cullinan III & IV Brooch is among the most costly items owned by the Windsor family. The brooch, which was made from a massive 3,106 carat uncut diamond that King Edward VII received in 1907, is still a very valuable item in the Royal Collection.

Up until Queen Elizabeth II received her grandmother's jewelry in the 1950s, Queen Mary wore the brooch. Liz rarely wears the extremely expensive jewel, which makes sense, but in 1958, she did wear it for a state visit to the Netherlands—possibly in an attempt to keep up with the Dutch royal family.
