Sweet potatoes

Those who suffer from fatigue might want to give sweet potatoes a second chance if they fall into the second category and love sweet potatoes.
According to CBS News, sweet potatoes can help women with fatigue. According to a Stanford University study, one cup of sweet potatoes can improve fatigue in 78% of participants. Sweet potatoes contain vitamin B6 (which helps your body convert the food you eat into energy), as well as soluble and insoluble fiber (which improve digestion and blood sugar levels).
If kidney stones are a concern for you, speak with your doctor before adding sweet potatoes to your diet. Sweet potatoes contain a large amount of oxalates, which are linked to kidney stones.
