As Bucky bounded across the yard, his tongue lolling happily, he would pounce on the baseball, tossing it into the air and catching it with his mouth. Sometimes, he would even mimic a batter's stance, swinging his head from side to side before "hitting" the ball with his nose.
One afternoon, the Millers' neighbors, the Johnsons, stopped by for a visit. Their son, Tommy, was an avid baseball player, and when he saw Bucky's antics, he couldn't resist joining in the fun. Together, they played a game of catch, with Tommy pitching the ball and Bucky chasing it down with boundless energy.
As the sun began to set, Bucky flopped down on the grass, panting heavily but wearing a contented smile. Tommy scratched behind his ears, praising him for his impressive skills on the field. From that day on, Bucky and Tommy became the best of friends, bonding over their shared love for America's favorite pastime.
