16. A basic photo collage markup



Place the frames on a newspaper sheet first so that when hanging a photo or painting collage, there are as few holes in the wall as possible. Using a marker, circle the frame boundaries and indicate the screw locations. Next, affix a paper template to the wall and use it to guide the drilling of fixation holes.
