We can all agree that if you want to depict the British Royal Family and their lavish lifestyles on television, you can't skimp on the budget. There must be a lot of it! Netflix's royal drama, The Crown, went above and beyond expectations. Although the show may have some factual issues, the streaming service spared no expense to make it look amazing.
As well as being a costume period drama, The Crown revolves around one of the most incredibly wealthy and fancy individuals in history. Adding in some stunning locations and an incredible cast, the $13 million per episode price tag makes a lot more sense.
