This creation is another one of McDonald's poor attempts. To be fair, though, this makes perfect sense if the client requested the cheese on the side. When a British McDonald's client placed their order, the cheese was completely removed from the burger and instead melted into the cardboard.

They appear to have eaten in, so maybe they were able to upgrade to a new burger. Because of the "3 Chicken Selects" on the side, you can tell it's from the UK and not America. Unfortunately, all Americans get to eat are chicken nugget meals—which, some would argue, are far better than Chicken Selects.
